Latest news: 65% increase in funding for Rio 2016
Welcome to the website of DTSGB Holdings Ltd (Disability Target Shooting Great Britain).
As the national governing body, our aim is to promote the sport of target shooting for people with physical disabilities.
You may want to take up target shooting at a highly competitive level and aim for Paralympic gold, as was done by Our current Paralympic Champion, Air Rifle shooter, Matt Skelhon, who won gold in Beijing only 18 months after taking up the sport and joining DTSGB.
Along with Matt we have a talented squad of athletes who we are confident will bring continued success at London 2012, Rio 2016 and beyond.
Great Britain has a good record in disabled shooting, not only winning medals in every Paralympics since 1976 when shooting was introduced to the Paralympic Games, but also having success at World and European level.
Our most successful Paralympian was the late Isabel Newstead who won 3 golds and 1 bronze medal at Paralympic level as well as numerous honours at World, European and National level.
If competitive shooting is not for you, the DTSGB club will provide you with all the coaching and support you need to enjoy the sport as a hobby.
Alternatively you may not wish to shoot, but want to get involved with DTSGB as a volunteer and help with fundraising, sponsorship or admin.
Whatever your choice, browse our website and if you would like any further information, either about DTSGB Holdings Ltd, DTSGB Club or about disabled target shooting, please contact us.
